Ordinary hours of work

An employer may not require or permit a domestic/farm worker to work more than

• Fourty Five (45) hours in any week; and
• Nine (9) hours on any day if the domestic/farm worker works for five days or less in a week; or
• Eight (8) hours in any day if the domestic/farm worker works on more than five days in any week.
